Two Upcoming Options for Street Food 101: Dec 5 AND Dec 7

Upcoming Street Food 101 Workshops:

Full Course: Saturday Dec. 5, 9am – 12pm

Short Course: Monday Dec. 7, 10am – 12pm

We are excited to offer two options for our Street Food 101 workshop in December:

  1. On Saturday December 5, 2015 from 9am – 12pm, we will be holding a full course workshop (including sessions on rules and regulations, social media, and a tour of a working food truck kitchen) at the The Food Movement in Doraville, GA (2715 Peachtree Square 30360).
  2. On Monday December 7, 2015 from 10am – 12pm, we will be holding a short course (focusing exclusively on rules and regulations) at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center in Downtown Atlanta (3rd Floor, 104 Marietta St. NW 30303). NOTE: This course is intended for those that have experience in the food service industry – but, the information provided will be beneficial to anyone interested in launching a mobile food business in the State of Georgia.

Street Food 101 is an in-depth workshop designed to guide you through the ins and outs of mobile food entrepreneurship. If you are dreaming of operating your own food truck, trailer, or cart, but are mystified by the various permitting processes, business financing, and other issues facing street food start ups – this class is for you.

We will help you learn how to jump through the legal and permitting hoops and send you off with all the insider information you need to start your very own street food business.

As always, the course will cover the dos and don’ts of social media and internet marketing and provide an opportunity to pick the brain of one of Atlanta’s premier service providers to food truck industry.

This workshop is a “must do” for anyone considering an entry into the street food industry. Course materials and a copy of the Atlanta Street Food Guidebook will be provided to participants.
