Sandwich Buddha

About: Owners Rodney and Meredith along with her husband Charles were planning on opening a neighborhood market or cafe. We decided to start a food truck because of the freedom, mobility and the ability to launch our brand. The name Sandwich Buddha came from an old friend of Rodney’s in Cleveland OH who used to say “Good Food – Good Karma” as a blessing before she would eat. Thats has become our belief and mission, to help people feel good through our food and feeling good brings good karma.

We are about local and natural ingredients. We make all of our own sauces, chutneys, relishes and mayo. We cook our own meats. We get our breads locally from Alons and will be sourcing most of our vegetables locally when possible. Our truck is powered by a 1200 watt generator that is fueled by used fryer grease (Bio Diesel) from Southern Green Industries.
