About: Pressed For Time is the second food truck launched by The Food Movement. Based in North Atlanta, The Food Movement was founded to accelerate the adoption of the food truck culture here in Atlanta.
The management of The Food Movement is comprised of three experienced entrepreneurs and foodies.
Greg Gordon was in charge of food and beverage service at the Dunwoody Country Club for 10 years before he started his own catering company: Gordon’s Gourmet. In addition to loving to cook (and being able to deal with type A country club personalities), Greg knows the food business inside and out.
Jack Gerblick is a successful entrepreneur who founded Peachtree Secure Shredding. This mobile shredding business deployed trucks all around Atlanta to satisfy corporate customers in need of flexible document destruction and recycling capabilities. After selling his business to Cintas, Jack was searching for another area in which to apply his extensive knowledge of route-based businesses. Enter The Food Movement.
Paul McKeon is a foodie and magician on the Big Green Egg, his Breville panini press and other assorted cooking gear. As a former Partner at Ketchum, one of the world’s largest public relations agencies and as the current director of The Content Factor, Paul not only spends his time cooking and eating, but developing marketing, branding and social media programs.
