Sandwich Buddha
We are about local and natural ingredients. We make all of our own
sauces, chutneys, relishes and mayo. We cook our own meats. We get our
breads locally from Alons and will be sourcing most of our vegetables
locally when possible.
Nectar
The Nectar Food Truck menu will include popular items like: Coconut Mega Smoothie, Chicken and Pesto Panino, Tonic Raw Juice, Tuffle Panino, Cacau Mega Smoothie, Hearts of Palm Panino and more! As a special treat, food truck guests will also have the opportunity to meet Nectar owners Naruna Rangel and Gaurav Malhotra. They will be on hand to answer questions regarding raw juice options, smoothie combinations or everyday healthy eating tips.
Ultra Cakery
Ultracakery offers ultra delicious treats in the form of a gourmet cupcake. We offer the traditional classics, the health conscious gluten-free, and the party friendly alcohol-infused cupcake.
