9am - Introduction, Rules and Regulations, and Legal Aspects of Small Business Ownerships by Greg Smith

  • A how-to on getting permitted and legal in Metro Atlanta to operate a mobile food service unit; topic will also touch on catering and special event operations.

11am - Social Media, the Web, and Mobile Food by Scott Smallwood

  • A rundown on the latest and most effective methods for creating a web and social media presence for your business.

12pm - Q+A session with one of Atlanta’s best Food Truck Operators

Info on Presenters

Greg Smith is the President of the Atlanta Street Food Coalition, Co-owner of the Westside Creamery Truck, and a practicing attorney specializing in small business matters.

Scott Smallwood is the Director of Public Relations for the Atlanta Street Food Coalition and the Senior Manager of Marketing and Media at Creaxion.
